Arven Finance GmbH (Baar)

Arven Finance is a trust company based in Baar that serves entrepreneurs in Central Switzerland—from sole proprietorships to medium-sized corporations.

We handle financial accounting, value-added tax (VAT), payroll and social security, annual financial statements in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), and tax consulting for legal entities and individuals. In addition, we provide services related to company formation, registered office services, and ongoing administration. You can entrust us with specific areas or your entire financial administration—we can take over at any time during the current fiscal year.

Each service has a fixed monthly or per-case fee, which is agreed upon in writing before the engagement begins. We handle routine tasks digitally; each financial statement is reviewed and approved by the responsible account manager. The monthly report is available by the tenth day of the following month.

The firm is led by two partners with over 45 years of combined experience as CFOs, board members, and consultants. As a client, you’ll work directly with one of them.
