Hugo Lacher Treuhand AG (Einsiedeln)

n 1976, Hugo Lacher Treuhandbüro was entered in the commercial register as a sole proprietorship under the name of the owner, Hugo Lacher. After the company was founded, it mainly completed tax returns for "ordinary people". Over time, more and more bookkeeping work was added. The volume of work increased from year to year and Hugo Lacher was no longer able to cope with the volume of work alone. The first commercial employee was hired in 1979. After that, the number of employees increased steadily. Since 1982, we have also been training apprentices for the basic commercial apprenticeship (Kauffrau or Kaufmann EFZ).

On January 1, 2011, Beatrix Späni-Ochsner and Hugo Lacher transformed the sole proprietorship into Hugo Lacher Treuhand AG. Beatrix Späni-Ochsner, who has worked in the company for over 35 years, took over the operational management and Hugo Lacher has continued to work in the company ever since. Since August 2024, Tanja Fuchs-Späni and Andrea Deuber-Ochsner have each acquired half of Hugo Lacher's ordinary shares. Our team currently consists of three members of the Board of Directors and five employees.
